A working system — in daily production use at a real client

Time and attendance that is already done when the month ends.

Scheduling, attendance, absences, approval and reporting in one place. Employees record, managers approve, and the payroll accountant simply receives the finished export — from the browser, with nothing to install.

The demo is live — one click and you're inside

No sign-up and no password: the demo signs you in with a single click, and you can walk through four roles. The company, the employees and all data are fictional, and the demo sends no e-mail to anyone.

Who it's for

When the attendance sheet still lives on paper and in Excel

The system was built for one real client's real problems: several sites, rotating shifts, half-day absences, and an accountant who asks for the very same spreadsheet at the start of every month. If that sounds familiar, this page is for you.

Familiar situations

  • !
Month-end is always firefightingYou collect paper slips, add up hours by hand, and still cannot say for sure who worked how much.
  • !
The schedule is a spreadsheet nobody seesYou edit it, send it out, and someone prints the old version — and it has no connection to the hours actually worked.
  • !
Absences live in someone's headHalf days, excused absence, public holidays — every one of them has to be deducted manually.

What the system takes over

  • Every day in one placeClock-in or manual entry, lunch break deducted, hours worked and expected hours calculated automatically.
  • The schedule becomes the recordPublished shifts move into the attendance record by themselves once the day has passed — and stay adjustable afterwards.
  • Payroll gets a finished fileMonthly report in CSV/Excel, per-employee attendance sheet in PDF — by e-mail, automatically, if you want.

Features

What works today, in production

This list is not a roadmap: every point below is a feature that exists and is in use right now. What the system cannot do is written out in the FAQ.

Clock in from the browser

One click on arrival, one on leaving. No terminal, no badge, no phone app required.

  • Clock in / clock out, open days handled
  • Today's and this month's status at a glance
  • Works on phones and desktops alike

Daily timesheet

A monthly sheet where every single day can be recorded or corrected — including the days somebody forgot to clock in.

  • Lunch break deducted by the minute
  • Home office and on-call duty flags
  • Hours worked, expected hours and balance, calculated — part-time included (per-employee daily hours)

Absences and public holidays

Five built-in absence types (annual leave, sick leave, sick pay, excused and unexcused) — fully editable, each with its own colour.

  • Full-day and half-day (0.5) absence
  • Hungarian public holidays loaded with one click, for any year
  • Holidays are excluded from expected working time; weekend and holiday work is reported separately

Monthly approval

The employee closes and submits the month, the manager approves it or sends it back for correction. Clear, traceable states.

  • Draft → submitted → approved / rejected
  • A submitted month is locked for the employee
  • Managers can correct retroactively, but cannot approve their own sheet

Reports and exports

Monthly report per employee, filtered by department — and exactly the file the payroll office asks for.

  • Overview and payroll report in CSV and Excel
  • Payroll report: working days, hours worked, overtime, absences by type
  • Printable attendance sheet in PDF and Excel, per employee and month

Reports by e-mail

Nobody should have to log in just to receive the month. The system sends it — manually or on a schedule.

  • Schedule PDF and/or attendance report as attachments
  • Configurable about whom (all / selected / department) and to whom
  • Scheduled rule: on day X of the month, for the previous or current month

Departments, sites, permissions

Everyone sees only what they should. Permission groups are edited in the interface with checkboxes.

  • Built-in roles: administrator, manager, employee, accountant
  • A manager's scope can be limited to their own department
  • Departments and sites handled separately; sites can differ per shift
Mandatory 2FA

Security and audit log

This is employee data, so signing in is not optionally strong: nobody gets in without two-factor authentication, and it is not a switch you can turn off.

  • Authenticator app (TOTP) — Google/Microsoft Authenticator, Authy — or an e-mailed code
  • Account lockout after repeated failed attempts, password reset
  • Audit log: who changed what, and when

Backups and your own branding

The data is yours: save a copy any time, and let the interface greet your people with your company name and colour.

  • Automatic database backups, savable from the interface, with rotation
  • Header text and colour configurable in the interface
  • Hungarian interface, Hungarian date and time formats

Scheduling and working-time banking

Plan it up front — then it turns into the record by itself

Most systems only collect data after the fact. Here the schedule and the actual working time live in the same system, so the two cannot drift apart.

01

Shift planning in a monthly view

The manager types in the month: free start and end times, break, site. A day can hold several shifts, so split shifts (morning + afternoon) are no problem.

02

Automatic carry-over

A scheduled shift moves into the attendance record once its end time has passed — not before. Planned leave, on the other hand, shows up immediately. If a day already has a manual entry, the system will not overwrite it.

03

Working-time banking, 1–12 months

For people who are not on a monthly basis: banking can be switched on per employee, with its own start month and a length of 1 to 12 months. You set the target hours manually; the distribution is free, and the system tracks progress and balance.

04

Monthly summary above the schedule

Scheduled hours and shift count, absences by type in days, and for banked employees the state of the period — plus a warning if carry-over was missed for someone, so it never becomes a silent error.

How it works

Three steps to go live

We run the system, so there is nothing for you to buy and nothing to deploy — neither a server nor anything on your employees' machines. A browser is enough, plus one evening of setup.

No hardware to buyNo server, licence or hosting needed: the system runs on infrastructure we operate, inside the EU.
Nothing to deployNot on a server, not on your employees' computers or phones. A browser, and that's it.
No PHP upgrades for youVersion upgrades, monitoring and bug fixes are our job, not your sysadmin's.
Updates and backups includedNew features and regular database backups are part of the service, not a separate line item.
1

Setup

Employees, departments and sites, daily hours, absence types and public holidays go in. We can walk through this together as part of onboarding — or you can do it yourself from the interface.

2

Daily use

Employees clock in or record their day, managers publish schedules and approve. Everyone sees only their own business: the interface is built from their permissions.

3

Month-end

Submit, approve, then export or let the system e-mail it to payroll. An approved month is locked, but a manager can send it back for correction if needed.

Pricing

Per-employee pricing — you pay for the people you have

No tiers and no withheld features: every customer gets the complete system, scheduling, working-time banking and reports included. The fee follows the number of employees on record, and hosting, updates and backups are part of it.

Monthly fee
4 900 Ft / month

With annual subscription
49 000 Ft / year
12 months for the price of 10

The monthly fee is headcount × 490 Ft, but at least 3 900 Ft/month. For a small team the minimum fee applies — below roughly 8 people everyone pays the same.

Custom development / tailoring — quoted individually

If you need an extra feature, your own export format or printed form, or a link to an existing system, we quote it individually. This is development work inside the existing service — not a separate deployment, and it does not change your monthly fee.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not answered here, just write — you will be talking to the developer, not to a queue.

What happens to our data?

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by the provider, inside the EU, in a separate database. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), signing in requires two-factor authentication, and every change leaves a trace in the audit log.

The database is backed up automatically on a regular basis, and you can save those backups from the interface at any time. When a subscription ends, we hand your data over (as a database backup and exports).

Where does the system run? Do we need a server?

You do not. We host and operate the system ourselves, on infrastructure inside the EU — it is a cloud service: no hardware to buy on your side, nothing to deploy, and no PHP or database upgrades for you to worry about. A browser is all you need.

Updates, monitoring and regular backups are part of the service. If you need an extra feature or a custom form, we solve it as development work — not as a separate deployment.

What if our headcount grows or shrinks?

Nothing dramatic: the fee follows the headcount. There is no tier boundary to cross, so the system never stops and never locks out a new employee. Changes take effect from the next billing period — downwards too.

For small teams the 3 900 Ft/month minimum applies (below roughly 8 people); above that it is simply 490 Ft per person per month.

Does anything need to be installed on employees' computers or phones?

No. The system runs in the browser, on desktops and phones alike. There is no separate mobile app — the interface is responsive, so it is usable on a phone. Badge readers and biometric terminals are not part of it.

What can the system not do (yet)?

We would rather write it down now than disappoint you later:

  • Night shifts that cross midnight (e.g. 22:00–06:00) cannot be recorded as a single entry.
  • There is no access terminal, badge reader or biometric identification.
  • There is no ready-made integration with payroll software — the handover happens via export files.
  • There is no separate leave request and approval workflow: absences are recorded, not requested.

All of these can be solved with custom development inside the existing cloud service — we write the software ourselves, so there is no third-party vendor to wait for.

Can it be adapted to our own printed form?

Yes, and this already works in production: one client's own Excel attendance sheet — complete with signature boxes and a stamp area — is filled in by the system as a template, preserving the original layout. If you have such a fixed form, send it over and we will take a look.

How do we get started?

You write to us, you get trial access to your own separate system, and you use it for 14 days with no obligation. If you like, we will enter the employees and the settings together as part of onboarding. If it does not work out, you simply do not continue.

Who builds it and who supports it?

Szatvári Máté Gyula E.V. (SZTVM) — the same person who runs the hosting and the system. Support is by e-mail, directly with the developer. This is not a translated foreign product: it was written for Hungarian working practice from the start, with Hungarian public holidays and a Hungarian interface.

Get started

See it working — then let's talk.

The demo opens with no sign-up and no login, and you can click through every major function. If you like it, one e-mail is enough: 14 days of your own system, with no obligation.

What's in the demo?

Four roles to walk through (administrator, manager, employee, accountant), with months already filled in, schedules and reports. All data is fictional and the demo sends no e-mail — feel free to click anything.
